3. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a written refund request to isdigitalkatta@gmail.com within 7 days of payment
  • Clearly state the reason for the refund request
  • Provide payment proof and onboarding details

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • ❌ Change of mind after service has commenced
  • ❌ Dissatisfaction due to bureau processing delays beyond our control
  • ❌ Loan rejection by banks post service completion
  • ❌ Client non-cooperation during the service process
  • ❌ Failure to achieve a specific score target
